My daughter bought the watch for her 8th birthday. Obviously it was a cheap (inexpensive) watch so we knew we weren't going to get anything really high quality. During the first 24 hours, the pins popped out several times (the strap detached from the watch). I replaced the pens with better ones we found at home and there were no more problems. I had to shorten the strap to fit another type of pen (see photo), so this particular defect is my fault. On the second day, she accidentally dropped the bracelet on the floor while trying to put it on and the second hand fell off. switched off and is now rattling behind the glass. (Look at the photo and imagine an injured 8-year-old girl crying because she just broke her new birthday watch.) It's clearly made for an adult wrist, so I cut off the extra strap and re-stamped it to fit her. For this reason, none of the intended holes are punched through in the strap, so be prepared to do it yourself (again, see photo). Better yet, spend some extra money and buy a watch that doesn't suck!
