The bracket that attached the monitor to the stand just came loose at the seams and the monitor fell off the table! The stand is too weak in design and material to support a heavy monitor. Now the stand does not support the monitor. Samsung will not replace the monitor or stand. States to ship the entire monitor back to them to determine if it is a customer error or a defect and a 'fix' may be offered. ALLOWED TO! Samsung didn't care that the monitor fell on me and the keyboard broke. It's a heavy monitor and hit me in the CHEST knocking me out of my chair! DO NOT BUY! The design leaves you vulnerable to injury and no recourse. DANGEROUS CONSTRUCTION! If there was a child sitting there, he could hit it on the head and kill it! Samsung doesn't care!
