I've always wanted to try one of these grounding pads and I have to admit it was an interesting experience. This particular sheet comes with detailed instructions and is quite well made - thick, slightly textured cotton with good stretch. The "white" color is more like a nice, organic ivory/beige and you can clearly see the silver threads running through it. I ordered a queen bed which was just right for my king bed - just a bit baggy. Didn't move at all while sleeping. It arrived with a slightly weird smell so I washed it before using it. Washed well, the quality has not deteriorated, the smell has faded. I could see this fabric bunching up a bit over time, which surprised me, but hopefully the texture I noticed was just the natural feel of cotton and not the actual fibers that were shedding. extend to the entire room if necessary. The snap opening is (when lying in bed) in either the top right or bottom left corner depending on how you position the sheet. The connection itself is on the side of the mattress, so it doesn't bother anyone. I borrowed an ohmmeter from my dad to test the cable and it was stated to show normal conductivity at 100,000 ohms. The plug end of the cable fits perfectly into the round grounding hole in any standard electrical outlet. Please note that you cannot plug anything into a two-pronged outlet directly above the grounding plug as the plastic around it is too thick for a regular plug to fit over it. However, the main question is how do I sleep? In short, it's terrible. I had unusual insomnia, racing thoughts, intense dreams, and woke up many times during the night. The first night I used the sheet I had to unplug it in the middle of the night to get some sleep. The second night I felt a little better but didn't feel rested. The third night I tried my sister - she loved it! Said she sleeps much deeper, wakes up feeling more rested, and has more dreams (which she took as a sign she was falling asleep deeper). Exactly as advertised! As I tend to be more sensitive to electrical inputs I would suggest that their experience is more the norm. Although unfortunately this experiment didn't work for me, my sister will put her new grounding sheet to good use. . Hope you do too!
