Suitable for people with large hands/arthritis but not 100% sharp

I see this being very helpful for people with arthritis as it is large and doesn't require much force to squeeze. He has a big nail file (silver part) and will be useful even for people with big hands. Unfortunately, while the center of the blade was sharp, the sides weren't exactly sharp, and I ended up snapping my nail. Maybe I have a lemon? Also, my hand is smaller and I found it a bit bulky for me. I recommend it to those who benefit more from it than me.
