This rating is for; ARCTIC P14 PWM PST is a 140mm case fan with PWM sharing technology. My case has 2 of these fans to keep RAM, motherboard and m.2 cool. Super quiet operation at full speed. I also have 16 more in a push-pull configuration on a 12 x 24 cooler running at full speed all the time! I usually have to look at them to make sure they're moving. These fans move so much air! Then, to top it off, you can handle up to 8 pieces from one fork! Keeps all components of my computer running at room temperature! As for the amusing feedback from people who do sound tests with microphones, I think you need a heavier sheet metal case. Or just play some games and already work on the design :)
