Filter Comparison: Coway, Veva and Durabasics

I bought two different Veva and Durabasics air filters to compare with the Coway original. While I haven't been able to test their air filter performance, there are big differences that you can see just by looking at them. Coway: Original Coway filters work best. The pre-filters completely cover the screen and the HEPA filter is perfect for the car. However, they are the most expensive and only include ONE pre-filter in the original car (why do they do that when they recommend changing the pre-filter every 6 months?!) Veva: They came in second behind Coway. originals. The pre-filter is a bit short on one side. The HEPA filter fits in the car but bends a bit on the sides. It doesn't bother me enough to go back and I will keep her. I would recommend them to those looking to spend less than the original but not to those wanting FULL HEPA filtration. When you really need it, choose Coway Originals. Durabasics: I can't recommend it. The carbon pre-filter is bent and does not fit in the screen; In fact, it was too wide on one side and pressed against the screen. On the other hand, it's also a bit shorter. Yes, I've put it both ways to make sure it's correct. HEPA had the WORST fit of the three. After putting it in the car, there was a noticeable gap along the top. NOTHING ever said anything about HEPA, not even on the filter itself. TLDR: Use Coway when you need 100% filtration and fit. Choose Veva if you're happy with a slightly inconvenient model, a lower price, and possibly a smaller filter. You should refuse Durabasics.

Cons
