Good tweezers are hard to find. I've always bought Tweezerman because it's a reliable brand and yet I'm incredibly disappointed. I simply opened them up and as soon as I took them between my fingers I felt the absence of tension between the tips. As if the metal were not strong but fragile. Due to the fact that the metal is not durable, it does not cut hair well. I have naturally thick hair so don't try to pull thin hair. my hair should be helped by the product but lacks tension. The money is wasted because I don't even get it back. I'm so upset
