Worked great, create your own solution

My printhead was not printing colors correctly. Repeated cleaning of the head and deep cleaning did not help. After using it, I print color photos flawlessly again. In my opinion, the instructions were correct. While this doesn't offer a solution, it's easy to do at home. Just search the internet and you'll find a recipe for it, which consists of a few ounces of rubbing alcohol, distilled water, and a few drops of dawn dish soap. I used 8 ounces to adequately wash all heads and I recommend making just 16 ounces and then discarding what you don't use. You also need enough distilled water to wash away the afterwords. This is a VERY messy process. Do this in a sink that won't stain. Wear gloves. No joke. I have a stainless steel kitchen sink that was perfect for this. I also had a couple of disposable plates that I could put a syringe or nozzle, whatever, on top of as needed to keep my counter clean. Push the head with the small yellow tip against the head's ink inlets, when you pull out the syringe, the syringe sometimes slips out of the yellow tip and the tip stays down in the printhead. My hands are too big to get there to pull it out. I had long needle nose pliers that I could get underneath to take them off. Maybe you could create something else if you don't have them. Anyway, this completely solved my problem.
