Because this product is from a high-end company, I didn't mind spending the money, it was a mistake. I spend weeks calling, texting and emailing before returning an item. No response from the badlands at all. Filled my bladder with water and put it in my Vario daypack. I left it overnight and in the morning it was half full, my new backpack got wet. I thought it might have been an accident so I did it again (5 times total). It drips every time. It will leak if left on the counter without pressure. Just avoid it. Not worth the money and there are other much cheaper bladders that hold water without leaking. If the Badlands ever respond to my messages I will update this review. I doubt they will, I've seen other YouTube comments saying the same thing. "Lifetime" guarantee, but no response from the badlands. Purchase at your own risk.
