Got these boots a few weeks ago and didn't look too closely before putting them on the shelf for the winter. I took them out of the box this morning to find a dirty mitten that is NOT ours hidden in a shoe. On closer inspection it turned out that they had been used and were then issued to me as new. I've never had this problem, but when you're paying close to $50 for a pair of shoes for a 5-year-old, expect to get what you paid for and not someone else's clearly used profit. Dissatisfied.
