Bought to charge a large batch of 18650 cells and it works up to 4.25v or higher with the max voltage I have which is 4.32v of 100 elements. My only issue is that the RED/GREEN charge/full indicator (or circuitry) is somewhat missing. During charging the LED will be RED, but if the cell is moved/nudged at all it will result in a voltage drop or similar and the LED will turn GREEN as this means it is fully charged and will not charge again until the device is off the network Cut. That's my only gripe, but for the price, as long as the device can remain still while charging, it's worth the small outlay.
