it's kind of useful.

It pushes my back forward a little so I can sit up straight. First, the strap material is not that soft. At first I wear it under my shirt and after a day my skin turns red. So I have to wear this item on my shirt, which will look weird if I'm not wearing a coat (like in summer). The length of the shoulder strap is adjustable to find a comfortable size. Broke after 2 months of use (not daily use).
