I've been using this Spry Xylitol Rinse for about a year.
I've been using Spry Xylitol Rinse for about a year now and it's helping me get rid of dry mouth while I sleep. I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth and it doesn't conflict with that. Since using this product regularly, I no longer have problems with my teeth. It says the gargling should stay in the mouth for 1 minute and it can tingle and burn, but it's worth being able to sleep through the night without waking up like the Sahara desert is in my mouth and throat.
