I bought this item while my husband was in the hospital. He has an office in our house. He always buys cartridges from the local stationery store and changes the cartridges himself. I ran out of ink so I ordered Brother cartridges online. It was a really good price. 2 cartridges in a pack. . Comes in a BROTHER'S box with BROTHER'S ammo. This will not work properly on my husband's brother's machine. I get lousy dirty copies with gray spots on the paper. My husband finally came home from the rehabilitation clinic. He examined them closely and said that either the heads were remanufactured or the cartridges were refilled and repackaged. SO I DON'T HAVE $32.00. NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THE "MODIFIED" PRODUCT.
