Came torn. on bags, cases and sleeves

The case is torn on all corners except one. Which makes me very sad. I have a blue one for my daughter who last lit a fire and she hasn't shed a single tear. I didn't even take it out of the packaging. My other Kindle has been removed for cleaning more than a dozen times in the last year. This has never been opened or used. Didn't even make it to my house. SighEdit would also like to add that it's too big. 😑
