I was hoping for this product after trying many other options to keep my iPhone's cords from getting tangled. When I saw this, I wasn't sure how I would feel if something was attached to my cables while I was using them. I ordered it anyway because I've tried everything else. This is the best I've tried so far, but it's not perfect. The cables do not remain in the channels. They keep struggling to get out which is annoying but I don't think there is a way to avoid this as the cables have to be unplugged if you want to use the item as a phone stand. When I want to roll the lines, it's relatively easy to keep the lines in the channels. Just pull down the earbuds and then wrap the cord around the middle and plug in! Now I have to find a way to keep the iPhone headphones in my ears!
