I gave it 4 stars because the packaging it came in was very questionable considering it is a large product. Pros: I measured this chair so it might be practical in my space. This allows it to be easily slid under my desk and I'm happy to report that the measurements were accurate which eliminated one of my concerns especially when I need more space that I can get in my room. It had to be assembled, it seems that the pillow can last for many years. Cons: As I mentioned, the packaging was very concerning due to the flimsy box it came in, which was also easily opened and not securely taped in place. The main negative would be a scratch on the back of the lower seat's outer wooden edge.
