I started this when I was tired of losing speed while carrying a water bottle. Using the bottle becomes very inconvenient when you run out of liquid and you have to do an exaggerated tilt to get the last few drops. This camelbak allows me to pour in more water than I can normally drink and I can position the straw so that I turn my head a little to take a sip; looks like a running hamster (same build!) I used these things in Iraq and the thick nylon ones will last a lifetime. These smaller ones are like carrying a bladder right on your back without getting in the way too much. The small pocket will hardly fit an iPhone X with a case, but that's just the height; It can accommodate extra things like gels that are cut behind the phone. I have a feeling this could easily fit in an average backpack bag without increasing in size. The fit takes a little getting used to, but I like that it sits high on the back. I like others and turn it upside down to let out excess air so it doesn't splatter. If I've forgotten sometimes, it's a good alarm to tell slower runners to get out of the way. Overall, this is a great tool to add to your fitness regimen without breaking the pace or your regular get up and walk routine.
