Review on AC Infinity High Airflow Equipment Enclosures by Pranav Osman

So let me start, the fan has a fault and it could be a little quieter, but I've turned it down at 2 speeds from max and you can barely hear it. This is the only error I wanted to honestly say and it wasn't meant to sound wrong, so let me say what I want to say. 1. Looks great, but judge for yourself.2. It's easier to install. Cut a hole in the hole plug and place the probe where you want it.3. Amazing features, I think I didn't read well enough before buying because the features exceeded my expectations. I thought it was the set temperature and that was it so I re-read all the features because there were 2 or 3 that are pretty darn cool. Finally4. And the main reason I write a review is that I don't judge a company when things are going well because everyone seems to be great when things are going well. When something goes wrong, the company shows its true colors. If you have an insurance company, do you judge them by how well they take your money or how well they handle a claim? The fan arrived broken. This is what happens. I called Amazon who immediately answered the call with a live person. That in itself startled me and I was thrown again by a man who spoke English very clearly. The Amazon man politely explained that this was done by a third party and asked if I would like her to call them to set us up. I said sure and squirmed for 30 seconds, I had a company rep on the phone. Again I was speechless, ready to turn on the movie to watch while I waited. Now that I was on hold, having given up everything for maybe 45 seconds, the representative took all my information, asked me a few simple questions about the fan and said of course let me fix it. The second day they gave me a new fan before I sent the old one, so I was without a fan for about two days and I can live with that. In short, I love the fan I did NOT have. It's long enough to say it's working 2 years later, but I'm very impressed now. Hope this helped someone.
