Are they thicker than regular leggings? Yes. Are they fleece lined? Definitely not! I have purchased about 10 products from Spotted Zebra and was very impressed with the quality until these leggings arrived. The inner "fleece" lining is more like a very scratchy low quality bath towel. My daughter is very touch sensitive and will most likely not wear these unless they soften with washing. I bought a set with a pink body and hearts. The hearts appear to be black in the photo, but upon arrival they are dark blue. I would definitely return them but I got them on sale and the inconvenience of a 30 minute drive to the post office is not worth the hassle. Fingers crossed they get softer with washing.
