This is my first time using this product and just wanted to let all the girls out there know about keratin treatments that this is the real deal. First, excellent customer service. I contacted them before receiving the product to make sure it was genuine. They responded to emails within 1 HOUR! I used it for the first time today with confidence. First, we all know that sulfates are unacceptable for treated hair. But recently I also found out that sodium chloride is also a keratin killer. Finding a shampoo/conditioner that is sulfate and sodium free is not easy. And this one is excellent. A few things you should know so you don't think something is wrong. Read the product information. It doesn't lather much due to the lack of sulfates - that's why it's added to shampoos just for lather aesthetics. Add some water to make everything smooth. After washing with this product, you may find that your hair is "tangled" or tangled more than usual. Don't worry, once you add the conditioner it will look like silk. Work it out and let it sink in. My first photo right after washing my hair and blow drying it. The second - with a little styling. It's a relief to know I can't get rid of my keratin and the colors I've invested in. For reference, my hair is bleached, straightened and keratin. I am 62 years old! This product is superb, made in the USA and run by a family that knows the customers. Do it for the health and longevity of your hair!
