Review on Klipsch RP 8060FA Floorstanding Speaker Dolby by Kelly Thomas

I bought these as a family gift for my kids and husband as we don't go to the theater at all. I bought two of these speakers and six months later one of them is dead eloped. We have two young children and the speakers are in a relatively small room so of course we don't turn the volume up. I contacted Klipsch and still haven't heard from them and it's been 20 days. I tried to call, filled up filled out their online form and emailed them. I only got an automated reply, nothing else. Please save yourself thousands and don't buy from Klipsch! It all started with a great sound and it's really magical, but only if it stays that way the speaker wheezes and sounds awful i expected more from their name and such a price.
