ARB responded quickly, the next morning, and took care of the problem. Excellent customer support! Up to 5 stars out of 3 for the quick and professional response to my warranty issue. ADDENDUM 09/23/2015: So I've been uploading this bag for a few months now. Unfortunately, one of the side pockets is starting to blow through the bottom. In this bag I only carry two 3/4 inch staples that weigh 4.5 tons. (See image) Review of Return/Replacement Guarantee. Docked at 1 star from 4 stars to 3 stars. This is a pretty decent bag. On the high side, but the quality is reasonable for the price. Good materials, durable cordura main body, it seems 1000 ballistic ballistic weight is close. The bottom has some kind of rubber material, unfortunately can't identify it. lining. and the compartment panel is smaller Cordura nylon. The only problem is how you actually carry the bag, there is no grab handle in the lid and the shoulder strap is attached. If something happens to the shoulder strap, you must be careful. a little creativity to fix it. But what I have fits in this bag pretty snugly. There are two sizes of this bag, it is large. I carry the following items: Front Bag - 1x ARB ARB725 3 - Extension Strap for 1/ 8" x 60' Winch - 17600lb Load Capacity - Left Main Compartment - 1x ARB ARB730US 3" x 1 0' Tree Saver Strap - 26500lb Load Capacity Right Main Compartment - 1x Warn (88924) 3" x 30' Premium Recovery StrapRight Main Compartment - 1x ARB ARB220 Orange Recovery Damperside Left Side Pocket - 1x ARB Products 10100020 20000 lbs Snatch Block Right Side Pocket - 3x Crosby 3/4", size 4-3 /4 ton WLL, carbon steel G-209, anchor shackle with screw pin, all buckles are on the ends of the straps. This thing is padded, there's a bit more room in the middle of the straps, but that's about it, but barely. This bag could benefit from a larger several cubic inches, slightly longer straps with buckles, a detachable shoulder strap, and, as mentioned, a lid. act.
