This eliminated the sliding effect of the OEM seat on my 2015 FZ-09 and also provided gel pads for comfort on long rides which many complained about. The only issue that is universal to most aftermarket seat cushions is safety. The nylon straps are easy to cut and come with the seat cushion. I don't know of any other answer than gluing the pad to the stock seat, but at the moment I don't want to do that until I've thoroughly tested it and decided it's the best economical and durable solution. Of course, having the seat refinished by a professional would be the best solution, but that would also be the most expensive, while the seat cushion is less than $80 unless someone steals it; this will then start to increase the cost compared to a complete redesign of the seat. Fingers crossed for now.
