I am very satisfied with this dress/skirt. This plus size is very comfortable. I wear about 18/20 and still have room. I wear this as a dress because nothing is comfortable on my stomach at the moment. I don't use it as a halter but with ties under the chest. This works well on front support without a bra. With this type of clothing, it comes down to the middle of the lower leg. The material is soft and the color is great. Throw on a cardigan for a nice casual look that you can walk around in without looking messy.
