NO Surgical Steel, just PLATING
This septum clicker decoration is advertised as Surgical Steel so I should be allergic to most metals. I went to my artist yesterday to have jewelry put in and was told it is COATED surgical steel only and due to the location of the piercing and jewelry this coating will quickly disappear. This is false advertising and not cool, especially for those of us who are severely allergic to coated items. So DO NOT BUY this item if like me you are severely allergic to metal. And it's piercing jewelry, so I can't return it. SMDH.
