I was finally able to get started on the project I bought this tool for. For the most part, I was pleased with both the functionality and the build quality of this device. The product arrived well packaged, all components that should be included were in stock. The tool itself is solid with no real flex unless you are silly and apply more torque and force than necessary. I caution you with the caveat that the leverage that can be applied is more than is necessary. Be careful when installing the rivet nut, it doesn't take much effort to install (trust me). The only reason for 4 stars and not a solid 5 stars is the threads on the inserts used to accept the rivet nuts. I installed about 10 M5 inserts and the threads already have some wear but not enough to affect performance. I'm just not sure about the longevity if I use it every day and not every now and then for small projects. Sorry I didn't include a photo of it as I had already packed up the tool and put it away by the time I write this review.
