The amount you can put in is AMAZING! Photo of what I have in my bag before and after! Removing the "cover" for vacuuming is not so easy, and each of them detached from a thin hinge. But I could zip up when I sucked, so it's fine. Unfortunately I tore every outer piece trying to close it. I'm not sure if I filled in too many things (there was NO max fill line though) so I just kept filling my items. When removing air, make sure to also press on the suction port to ensure all air is removed. It's not exactly a flat surface, so my vacuum didn't create a tight fit. However, as long as I kept pushing down while bleeding, everything bled out just fine! After sucking out the air, you can no longer arrange the inner package with the contents in such a way that it easily fits into the zipper. I would say overall - 4 stars and I will order again - I just won't fill that much and guarantee everything lines up perfectly. before venting.
