Not bad, but it's the wrong remote, not the serial number that's on the front of the remote.
Luckily the remote control works. I needed a new volume remote because mine didn't work. This new remote has several buttons that work on my receiver and a lot of them don't work because it's for a different receiver. This new remote has the same serial number on the front bottom as my old remote. Seems like someone intentionally stamped different numbers on the remote they make or sell and it's good to think the remote works at least for volume and other functions. I won't send it back, be careful.
