I've had this wallet for a week and have enjoyed it as much as I could in a week. The money clip in my wallet became too weak to hold money unless I had 15-20 bills on hand at all times. I contacted support about a problem (faulty issue with their product) and they suggested I just buy a new wallet, at first I wanted to exchange it for a new wallet, now just got a refund. It's bad customer service when your product breaks and they tell you to just buy a new one.
