This is better than I expected for the price. It was easy to put together and they sent a tool with it so you don't need it. I would suggest just finger tightening all the screws until the last part is in place. The last piece will line the stand, and if you tighten it along the way like I did, it may not fit when you get there. If you wait for the last piece to be installed, tighten everything so it's square and tight. I added felt pads for the legs but they really aren't needed. The legs are made of solid rubber and do not touch the ground with sharp edges. It also had 2 straps that I didn't know what to do with until they were assembled and I wanted to hang my umbrella from them. Straps can be hung on a coat hook for additional hanging options. I would buy this again! Good choice and it looks like part of a higher level.
