I'm not sure I can fault the product. I suspect that my print head (Canon printer) is very dry. Tried multiple cycles of deep printer cleaning. Replaced all ink tanks with new ones and tried the deep cleaning cycle again. I bought this product and tried to wash the print head several times. Definitely saw (dry) ink washed out, but still I couldn't get a few colors to start printing again. Decided to ditch the old printer and buy a new one. This time I will definitely print at least one or two test pages a month so that the head does not dry out and clog up again. I would probably buy this product again to try as it is definitely cheaper than a new print head or a whole new printer.
