It's a decent monitor if you don't mind a very narrow viewing angle. They have to be in the center or you'll get weird "light bleeding" around the edges. it looks very mottled with lighter spots around the edge. After you get used to it a bit and make sure you position yourself properly, it's not that bad. Text feels sharp and clear, is bright enough and as a free sync monitor this monitor is Nvidia sync compatible although not certified but still works. I'm pretty sure I bought it on sale and would probably buy it again despite its flaws.
