The pet bed looks cute, loves the orange color and is very soft, but the sides, front and back don't have enough support. In the picture, the sides of the pet bed appear high and sturdy, giving it a square shape. When I take it out of the plastic the sides just fold down, I can't even see the Friends logo on the front because the side is facing the ground. My dog likes the sides firmer because he likes to lean against the edge when he sleeps and likes to rest his head on top of the sides, but he can't do that with this bed. If you're looking for a soft, flexible bed and don't mind it losing its shape then this bed is fine for that, but if you're looking for something stiffer I'd try another option.
