Review on CGA Regulator Inlet Nipple Washer by Johnny Burns

Nonsense and I'm not exaggerating.

Well, when I say this article is complete garbage, I'm not exaggerating. Where to start?! Hmm, I think if you want to mess up your project and hold up all your work, buy this. Keep in mind that this type of product is overpriced, but that's not the main problem. The male threads on this tube that goes into the regulator were sheared off meaning there was little to no threading to actually hold the seal, apparently no matter how much teflon I added the CO2 bled like a burst balloon out. But that's not all. The threat falling in the canister was damaged and it was almost impossible to put it in the CO2 canister. The part that should be sealed with a gasket is completely damaged, so it leaks. I mean, I can't understand how this seemingly basic thing got so badly done that every part of it matters. Oh yes, and it doesn't even have the threads that are supposed to hold the reusable seal. If you want to freeze your project, take it. Now I have to wait two more days to order something that actually works.

Pros
  • Product use: CO2 control valve can be fixed tightly.
Cons
  • Some bugs
