Review on ๐ŸŒž Revitalize Skin with EXUVIANCE AGE REVERSE Day Repair - SPF 30, 50g by Courtney Richardson

Lotion good, dosing system not so good

Aging more than using sunscreen every day. I've never heard of this brand and can't find too much info on it in general, but it seems like it's been a while - it's a division of a dermatologist-designed skincare line. NeoStrata - although the Exuviance line has seen some changes lately. One of the things they seem to have changed is the packaging and I don't know what it was before but I'm not a huge fan of the current design. It's a tube, but with a pump that makes dosing easy - at first, but as you get deeper I'm a little skeptical about how well it works, and it's already feeling a little uncomfortable (you have to squeeze to getting the pump to work), especially if your hands are wet or have lotion on them. The handset doesn't stand up very well either, making storing it in a closet a bit of a hassle. It's still packaged fairly carefully, so don't think it's a packaging waste problem. Honestly cans and bottles are the norm because they just make more sense, are more accessible and less likely to leak etc. These may be minor issues but at this price point everything counts and I just can't understand how they contribute to this one dosage combination have come. The cream itself is rich, non-greasy and absorbs well. It doesn't feel too heavy on my combination skin and seems to moisturize well. It does contain retinol but I'm guessing at a low level as I haven't had any problems and have had retinol creams before. It also has peptides, antioxidants and vitamins A and E. Overall a good moisturizer with the right SPF. I just wish it had the best form factor.
