Just messy and annoying
I absolutely hate this dress. The strange straps on the sleeves are too big, thick and heavy; it doesn't end up looking cute but casual and just adds volume. which, let's face it, isn't exactly what you need as a plus size girl! Look elsewhere, it's terrible.
