4/5 because it really works. This is clearly not an OEM specification: lighter, stiffer and less oven friendly. I will update the review in a few months if it breaks prematurely as others have mentioned. Regarding installation: Some have mentioned retaining clips when removing the old item. If they get lost behind the stove (very likely), don't try to fish for the wires unless it's obvious. Simply remove the back panel from the oven and feed the wires through. There is isolation so get ready for some chaos.
