Bought this after the first generation model. It's definitely easier to get the bike in the right position with the brake levers and shifters extended a little further than they came from the factory. You can precisely adjust the distance between the frames. Attaches to my trailer with thru bolts on 2x6 boards. Rocks more than the first generation as my trailer boards have some flex as well as a different internal stiffness with bracing. However, it works. It's not perfect and it's expensive, but I like it better than the belts everywhere and my front forks have flattened out, which is inherently a result of long belted trailer rides.
