Sorry. I followed the directions on the box to tee off. I put the bird feeder in its usual spot where the chipmunks eat, emptied the bird feeder, and shooed the birds away. My reason for purchasing the item. Shortly thereafter, the little rodent returned to its place and started chewing! Feeder sanded "grandfather" spray, as usual, and outweighed. Shortly thereafter, I looked out the window and the little striped "pig" started eating again! I won't complain, send the product back (if necessary), etc., but grandpa, you know what to do with your chipmunk/squirrel repellent.
