I really like this case. I agree with some, it could have been a bit more but it wasn't that much of a drain. I absolutely hated covering food with a plastic lid. I started looking for glass lids and surprisingly this is one of the few. I'm in Canada and couldn't find any glass lids so I need to get these from the US. do they break They're made of glass, so yes. I'm moving on to the third now, but they didn't break from reheating the food, but because I dropped the lid, and therefore could bear it, as it was due to my own carelessness. The fact that I will buy this case again is a testament to how valuable it is as I use it multiple times every day. I would recommend this lid to anyone who is concerned about plastic getting into their food and can accept that glass is a safer alternative but can live with the sad fact that glass can break.
