Review on πŸ‘ Hoover Windtunnel Air Steerable Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner: Lightweight and Corded - UH72400 Grey - Efficient Cleaning Solution by Jake Yap

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The good outweighs the bad.

A few years ago I bought a Hoover vacuum cleaner. I love it. The suction was fantastic, it worked great and was incredibly light. Broke after a few years of use. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and I quit. About a year ago I went to the local super center looking for a new vacuum cleaner. In the end I settled on a beautiful red and white model (some of you know it as the shark model). I was very happy with my purchase but in short I couldn't find what model it was or find replacement filters etc. I finally got tired of it and went back to Revain to look for a new vacuum cleaner. . The first vacuum cleaner to come out was the Hoover UTH72400 Wind Tunnel. I saw the price, studied it a little and went to the cash register. While researching this vacuum, what struck me from the reviews was that this is a good buy for people who have had a lot of pain or trouble with a heavy vacuum. This rating is correct. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and some days I have severe body aches. This small sweeper is very light and very easy to manoeuvre. The suction power is just amazing. We have both a dog and a cat and sometimes the amount of pet hair drives me crazy. The vacuum cleaner sucks up everything and even vacuums up from the kitchen floor. I highly recommend it for pets. Cleaning furniture or walls with a stick is a bit tricky at first. You have to move the handset from one port to another from the back. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to move this thing back and forth and ended up having to re-suck everything I thought I had sucked. Be sure to read the instructions and do it right. If you use a stick, it's also very easy to grab a piece of the canister and carry it around. There are a few things I don't really like, but that doesn't detract from the suction power or ease of use. I hear a very annoying squeaking sound when vacuuming. It only makes this noise when the vacuum cleaner is moving. It's been making this noise since I first turned it on. Although I've learned to get used to it. I'm sure it annoys everyone in the house who isn't constantly vacuuming and cleaning  The second thing that worries me a bit is the size of the canister. When I open the canister from the bottom, not all the debris comes out. I usually have to take my hand and pick it up there or just take the whole top off to clean it. I don't know if the canister is too big, if I'm collecting pet hair, or if that's what it's supposed to be, but sometimes it hurts a bit. Generally also with squeaking and emptying. Canister, that's a good vacuum. I can overlook those two things and they do a great job on my rugs. I've had it for about a month now and there's no sign of loss of absorption and it's working just as well as the first day. This vacuum cleaner is lightweight, easy to move, it has good rotation which makes it easy to manoeuvre, and the suction power is amazing!
