**Updated Review** I use a lot of VEVA products. I have three air purifiers and use VEVA HEPA and pre-filters with no problems. Unfortunately, the humidifier filters didn't work for me. But I'm glad they have great customer service. I contacted support and received a response within 24 hours. VEVA cares about their customers and asked me to send pictures of my issue so they can report it to their manufacturer. I hope they fix the problem so I can try buying these filters again in the future. Definitely would save me a lot of money. After only two weeks it started to mold. I installed a new filter on July 3rd and on July 17th I noticed an odor so I checked the filter and mold was already growing. I used filtered drinking water and also bought Aquasticks for the aquarium.
