Review on TimeOut Software by David Norwood

I like that it is easy for employees to use and there are many different options available if you want more features. It can be confusing at first but once you get used to it you will love the benefits. There are not many great things about this program. The customer service is terrible. They do not respond to emails or calls and when they do they make you feel like you are bothering them. I would not recommend using this program. We were using an older version of time out software which was very outdated and difficult to use. This new one is much better.
