Dimensional accuracy, good replacement for Wanhao i3 Y-axis idler pulley
The Y axis take-up bearing on my Wanhao i3 printer has failed and was making all sorts of horrible noises. I used two of these back to back along with a new 3D printed mount to properly tension the Y axis belt. They seem fine - no weird noises or pops like I've had before. Dimensions were measured with a Harbor Freight digital caliper, so I'll call it close enough.
Pros
- Two steel anti-dust grids to prevent dirt and foreign objects from entering, high temperature resistance.
Cons
- Slightly dented
