Not dense enough and the hair kept falling out. EDIT: First off, I'm amazed at the customer service I've received since writing my original review. I was contacted by Keshmin's company and sent a new brush. I am blown away by their discreet mess and quality of customer service - a totally lost art in my opinion. Secondly, I unfortunately had a mistake with my first brush. The one sent by Keshmina is PERFECT, high quality fibers and the look of the brush is exactly what I was looking for. Bravo to Keshmine for a great company with a great product!
