Attractive, rustic look for a "plastic " budget
Quick and easy assembly; clear instructions. Inexpensive and attractive wood look. I wanted a more rustic look but didn't want to spend a lot. With my budget, most of the other options were plastic. Note that the top isn't actually connected to the rest of the case (it just snaps into place), but it's strong enough to move from one place to another by holding the sides, which attach to the bottom with screws are. All hardware is included, even the "L-shaped screwdriver" (if it has a real name I don't know).
