My daughter wanted a cat. but she wants to raise it herself. My son heard me say yes to the girl and asked too. Why not. When we bought the house, I promised each of them a pet. My sister learned that newborn abandoned kittens were found and rescued. So suddenly we have 4 kittens to choose from. The eldest daughter saw her and took one. Suddenly I was a grandmother of 3 little kittens. My sister has raised her ever since (she studied to be a vet for a while). They are 4 1/2 weeks old and starting to eat solid food. So she brought them to us. We're still unpacking boxes. So what do you do with 3 handfuls of springy fur? You've gotten yourself into everything! This is perfect for her, plenty of room for 5 week old kittens, litter box, blanket, toys and water/food bowl. We have a big kennel for her next week. But now it works and when my big sister brings her kitten home she can take it with her. There are so many places a kitten can go and hurt them. It is important to protect the house from children or provide a safe place to play. This is a great and inexpensive solution. But I've noticed that they stick to the edges. Made in China.
