I've had problems with Microsoft Teams all the time. Almost every wireless headphone I've tried has disconnected (disconnected) during a call or Teams conference. My son lent me the Astro A20 headphones that talk to the base connected via USB. After a while, however, they began to fail. When looking for new headphones, I found that I could get Teams-certified headphones, but most were very expensive. This led me to decide that I needed headphones that were worth the price and could be used for other purposes. These Sennheiser EPOS Adapt 660 headphones are what you need. Not only do they work really well with Teams, but they also sound great for music. Multi-pairing allows me to listen to music off my phone and easily switch to Teams and make or receive calls with little to no hassle. The app works well enough to set the adaptive noise reduction level, acoustic profile, and more. The only issue I've noticed is that Teams randomly puts you on hold for a second or two during a call if you have auto-pause enabled. Slight degradation, but disabling this feature will stop it. Overall I am very happy with them and would recommend them.
