I read a few reviews before purchasing the "Upgrade" version of the Arlo Q Dual Pack, most complained about not being able to activate the cameras on their account, I personally had this problem Not . The cameras arrived the next day (thanks to Revain) and were indistinguishable from brand new devices except for the standard packaging, packaging material, manuals, installation guide, everything was there. I was able to connect them to my existing Arlo account in 10 minutes. Image quality is about what I would expect from a 1080p camera (note: both cameras are set to 720p by default). It worked well enough for me to catch my English bulldog climbing over furniture (she shouldn't be sitting on furniture, especially when she's in heat) minutes after we left the house. Don't let some of the other reviews put you off these "updated" cameras, they were in "like new" condition, they were very easy to set up and worked exactly as expected.
